WORK EXPERIENCE ___________________________________________________________________
Teaching Assistant | Ringling College of Art + Design | Sarasota, FL    June – August 2014
Worked with 16 high school level students with an introduction to Unreal Engine 4. Demonstrated working knowledge of game design to help create real-time 3D game environments. Answered questions related to the game design pipeline and were involved in both artistic and design related discussions.
Modular Kit Environment | October 2014
A 30 day course study, worked on a team of artists using Unreal Engine 4, to create a construction kit that would fit seamlessly into a modular environment.
          - Responsible for designing, set-dressing, animating, and lighting a navigable space in Unreal Engine.
           -Created multiple in-game props including a hero asset and a modular construction kit.
          - Responsible for shooting and editing footage of personal environment to showcase.
Workshop Environment | November – December 2014
A 30-day course study, worked on a small team of artists using Unreal Engine 4 to create an environment that showcased a specific job, in my case a Dwarven Forge Workshop.
          -Duties equivalent to the Modular Kit Environment.
Thesis Preproduction | January 2015 – April 2015
Worked on a two-person team to conceptualize and create visual development for two thesis pitches that would include a playable demo and storytelling trailer.
          - Responsible for: creating visually compelling camera shots, game mechanics, two unique environments, protagonist weapons, particle systems, and prop assets.
Thesis Production | August 2015 – Current
Worked on a two-person team to create a visually complex mock game trailer and playable navigable space using Unreal Engine 4.
                -Created two visually sophisticated game environments. Responsible for all aspects of the scene including Lighting, Modeling, Texturing, and Set Dressing.
                -Responsible for majority of camera and cinematography work. Created compelling shots that engaged the viewer and contributed to the overall mood.
                -Responsible for creating complex weapon design for hero character.
